Nonprofit status and disclosures
Daikoku NYC Corp. is a registered nonprofit organization in the State of New York, recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution unless stated at the time of the gift.
Upon request, a copy of the latest financial report filed with the Attorney General, as well as a full description of the programs and activities supported by contributions, can be obtained by contacting Daikoku NYC Corp. at 62 N. 7th Street, 3rd Level, Brooklyn, NY 11249. Financial reports can also be obtained from the charities registry on the Attorney General’s website, or by writing the Charities Bureau at 28 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10005. Daikoku NYC is governed by a volunteer board and operates in accordance with New York State nonprofit regulations. The organization maintains policies addressing financial transparency, community conduct, anti-harassment, conflicts of interest, whistleblower protection, gift acceptance, and records retention. Copies of any governance policy are available on request at partnerships@daikokunyc.com.
