This policy applies to Daikoku NYC Corp., a New York–based nonprofit organization.

Daikoku NYC’s Code of Conduct 

1. Respect the Spot

- No revving, burnouts, donuts, or hard launches.

- Keep noise levels reasonable.

- Clean up after yourself.

- Respect the property.


2. Respect Everyone Around You

- No reckless driving on the way in or out.

- Be courteous to attendees and bystanders.

- Do not touch cars without permission.

- No harassment of any kind.


3. Safety First

- Park responsibly.

- No excessive idling near crowds.

- Obey all traffic laws.

- Report unsafe behavior to staff.


4. Keep It Legal

- No alcohol or drugs.

- No street racing activities.

- No weapons.

- No stolen or unregistered vehicles.


5. Media & Photography Etiquette

- Ask car owners permission to film their car, if possible.

- Ask models for permission to film them. There is zero tolerance for recording a model without consent.

- Do not obstruct walkways, vehicle traffic flow, or emergency access zones while capturing media.

-Do not provoke vehicles or drivers to engage in unsafe or illegal acts for the purpose of creating content.

- Drones allowed only with permission.

- Do not post license plates without consent.


6. Music & Noise Control

- Keep volume reasonable.

- No revving.


7. Vendor & Staff Respect

- Follow staff instructions.

- Be respectful to vendors and sponsors.

- No unauthorized selling.


8. Zero-Tolerance Behaviors

- Burnouts, drifting, donuts, racing.

- Reckless or dangerous driving.

- Violence or harassment.

- Drug or alcohol use.


9. Community Responsibility

- Treat the meet as a privilege.

- Good behavior keeps spots open.

- Help newcomers understand the rules.
